I have formatted the old machine and gaven it to someone else, so no longer are running Carbonite on that machine. When Carbonite tries to run, it stays on “connecting” for a long time, finally saying " Your account has been disabled." I recently migrated my M1 Mac to an M2 Mac, migrating everything over to the new machine. Do the people at Carbonite support know abhor this? Anyway.
